The concept of this shoot came about when Jade from Lovelee Affairs and I were snowed in at our respective houses earlier this year.
Atlanta was shut down for the better part of a week and we were starting to get just a touch of cabin fever.
While chatting on the phone we spoke about how eager we were for spring and how much we were looking forward to wedding season starting again.
Winter had long since worn out its welcome and I was daydreaming about how great it would be once the warm weather returned. After months of seeing bare trees, I couldn’t wait to be surrounded by fresh, bright blooms.
Excitedly we began talking about the concepts for this shoot, and last weekend our ideas came to life as we had the shoot at The Brickyard at Marietta Station.
The shoot would not have been possible without the group of FABULOUS people who shared their time and talent with us.
Jade styled the shoot and did all the fantastic floral arrangements.
Our model Brittany was fantastic in her Tara Keely gown from J Andrew’s Bridal and her hair and makeup by Serena Jenkins.
We were lucky enough to have two jewelers, Cachet Fine Jewelry and Top Rate Diamonds, graciously agree to provide a dazzling collection of diamonds to adorn our bride.
Sugarplum Visions crafted an amazingly detailed set of mini cakes featuring an array of colors and textures as well as a full sized wedding cake.
Paper Parfait designed a custom letterpress stationery suite for us which even included personalized coasters.
The end of the shoot featured a cameo appearance from my darling pup, Maccabee 🙂
Many thanks to all of those who helped out with the shoot, I’m incredibly grateful and look forward to working with you again soon!
XOXO,
B
