Baby Bootcamp Vinings | Atlanta Baby Photographer

When I was told by a friend that I should check out Baby Boot Camp as a photo op, the first thing I said was “Exercising babies?? Isn’t that bad for them??”

Of course I was mistaken, Baby Boot Camp is Boot Camp for mommies to get back into shape after having their babies.  The babies come with them and watch from the comfort of their strollers as the moms exercise around them.

I visited the day before Halloween and the babies were dressed up for the occasion.  I had a great time while there and even got to do a bit of jogging with my camera 🙂
