This weekend Matthew and I had the pleasure of photographing some of our favorite people, the Hills!
Momma Aharon and I first met a couple of years ago at a photographer get together.
As she likes to say, we were both “recovering lawyers” at the time, and that shared interest (or perhaps, lack of interest would be more accurate) led to an amazing friendship.
This sweet family lives right down the street from us, and in all of our get togethers, I can’t believe we’ve never taken pictures of each other!
We finally changed that when we all made the trek to Ellijay to check out Reece Apple House, an orchard that we’d heard wonderful things about.
It was so much fun taking pictures of these three!
Darling little Palmer is one of the cutest little love nuggets I’ve ever seen. I could take pictures of him every weekend!
After being the photographer for a while, it was time for us to change roles and become the subjects.
It’s definitely interesting to be on the other side of the camera every now and then, and I think doing so is really helpful.
It allows you to experience what your clients are feeling when they have their photo taken and that is invaluable.
Matthew and I had not had photos done of the two of us since we got married, and I was thrilled with the sweet images that Aharon captured for us.
If you’d like to see some of them, you can head over to her blog here.
Without any further ado, I present to you The Hill Family!!!
