Fall is slowly starting to make its way to Atlanta and I am so incredibly happy about it.
The weather was perfect for Kate + Erik’s engagement shoot at Piedmont Park and it was amazing to come home afterwards without single bug bite (which would’ve never happened in summer!)
This couple is so much fun to be around, and so very sweet together.
The original plan was for Erik’s sister to join us halfway through the session with their dog Jackson, but the pup had other ideas, and refused to get into the car to head to the park.
You know I love dogs, (and I had packed treats in my bag) so I suggested that we bring the shoot to Jackson!
I followed Kate and Erik back to his place where his sister was patiently waiting with the dog.
We finished up pictures there, and think you’ll be as charmed by Jackson’s shaggy smile as I was 🙂
I can’t wait for these two to get married next spring at the Georgian Terrace, a hotel that holds a very special place in my heart because it’s where Matthew and I got engaged!
XOXO,
B
That silhouette shot is amazing – I love how you exposed that!!
